New book on EU Diplomacy by Joachim Koops and Gjovalin Macaj

Joachim Koops, Dean of Vesalius College and Gjovalin Macaj (St Antony’s College, University of Oxford) co-edited their new volume on “The European Union as a Diplomatic Actor”, published by Palgrave MacMillan. The volume is the culmination of a two-year project on European diplomacy and brings together leading scholars and diplomats to assess the EU’s policies, processes and outcome in the core global policy fields of human rights, security, trade and finance, climate change as well institutional innovations.
