  • Reviewed available case studies and undertook systematic research to identify, document and formulate the content for a Model Charter for Public Service for the CIS region based, on the best practices and values identified with due attention to ramifications for human resources development and knowledge sharing. Defined a framework to guide the public services in the CIS in taking such legislative, regulatory, technical and practical measures as may be required to create favourable conditions for the proper functioning of the public service and improved quality of services delivered to the public - United Nations (2011)

     

    Created a study course with such concepts as e-governance and e-government, strategic planning and policy development issues for e-governance. Within the project 1) the workshop for the teachers of the Academy on e-governance was conducted; the teaching capacity of a core group of teachers of the Academy was strengthened by providing classes on teaching methodology, student centered learning approaches, independent learning and assessment techniques; the draft of the syllabus of the course on E-governance was produced - United Nations Development Program (2010, 2011)

     

    Research to write a book chapter on Human Development Textbook: on ‘Good Governance and Institutional Efficiency in the context of Human Development’ - United Nations Development Program (2007)

     

    Research to produce a chapter on Recruitment and Promotion in Civil service in Uzbekistan within the Policy brief: Civil Service - Delivering Quality and Productivity (original title: Государственная служба в Узбекистане: Состояние, проблемы и основные направления ее реформирования) - United Nations Development Program in collaboration with Center of Economic Research (2007)
