Deadlines for the Vesalius College Internship Programme  – Undergraduate Level

Spring 2020

14 October 2019: Internship catalogue available online

17 October 2019: Mandatory Careers Workshop for students applying to the Vesalius Internship Programme

8 November 2019: Last day to apply online

25 – 29 November 2019: Notification of interviews

2 – 13 December 2019: Interviews; they will take place via Skype or in person

27 January 2020: First day of internships: During 1st week of classes, if you are offered an internship, please check if you have registered to the internship course (INT381G) on the online registration form. If not, you will have to fill out a “Drop/Add” form to confirm you are taking the internship

2 March – 6 March 2010: Mid-term meeting with Internship Advisor

8 May 2020: Last day of internships

11 May 2020: Submit final report no later than this date

Summer 2020
