Prof. Serge Stroobants visits the residency of the Belgian Prime Minister with victims of the Brussels attack

Serge Stroobants, adjunct professor at Vesalius College, has been invited to visit the Belgian Prime Minister’s residency on Monday February 13th, together with five victims of terrorism and the President of the Life4Brussels, an association that provides direct social support to the victims of terrorism and their families, where Prof. Stroobants serves as Vice-President.

Life4Brussels cooperates with the national authorities in order to ensure adequate care and support are provided to terrorism victims and to create long term solutions to prevent extremism and radicalization. The aim of this reception was an exchange of objectives with the Prime Minister, the Minister of health and social affairs, the Minister of Justice, and the Minister who is in charge of administrative support to the population.

This visit was a stepping stone towards an enhanced cooperation in favour of all victims of the attacks of 22nd March 2016.
