Research Interests:
  • Research interests focus on supply chain logistics, biometrics, value networks, security and interoperability, as well as the use of technology for strategic planning and innovation.
  • Other fields of interest include open systems theory and the use of system theory and transaction cost economics in ICT, particularly in financial services and in SMEs.
  • Current research directions include Regional e-Government, Internet insurance standards and SMEs in financial logistics.
