Continuing Vesalius students need only complete a registration form for the Summer Programme, which is available from reception.

New Applicants (Non-Vesalius College Students and Study Abroad Students from non-Partner Institutions)
To be eligible, a secondary school diploma and good command of the English language is required. Admission is decided on a case-by-case basis.
Applications for admission consist of:
- A completed Summer Programme application/registration form, available at reception
- Official academic credentials and transcripts (showing courses and grades) from your most recent secondary school or university attended, including public examination results. If the credentials and transcripts are not in English, we require certified translations by a sworn translator and accept these if accompanied by the document in the original language.
- A non-refundable application fee
- A photocopy of your passport, identity card or other official document showing your personal details
- Successful results of an English proficiency examination are required for students who are 1) not a native speaker of English, 2) bilingual, or 3) have studied for less than three years in a secondary school or two years in a university with English as the language of instruction. The college accepts official scores of the TOEFL (1) (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and the Academic Module of the IELTS (2) (International English Language Testing System). Applicants must ask the agency to send score reports directly to Vesalius College. For the TOEFL, use the College code 3574.
![]() | Admission to the Summer Programme does not constitute admission to Vesalius College as a regular student for either the Fall or Spring semesters. Vesalius College reserves the right to cancel courses that do not meet the minimum enrollment numbers. Vesalius College will provisionally reserve a place for new students in the courses indicated on their application form. If new students do not confirm their place(s) by registering during the first week of classes, their registration will automatically be cancelled. A student visa is not required to attend our Summer Programme. In most cases, a tourist visa is sufficient for attendance. However, a student must hold a valid identity card or passport. |
New Applicants: Orientation
Students new to Vesalius College are obliged to take part in orientation on Tuesday May 25. On this day, students will receive all information vital to success, such as computer account activation and how to get library access.
New Applicants: Confirmation of Registration
It is important that students are present at the College on Tuesday, 25 May to confirm registration. To confirm registration, students must bring the following items:
- Identification papers (passport or Belgian identity card)
- 2 photographs (passport-size)
- An address in Belgium. This may be either your permanent address or one of a friend or relative, which can be temporarily used for mailing purposes.
- Final transcripts, if not already supplied
